Sengtoto supports a variety of payment methods including local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay), and other digital payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit is set at MYR 30 per transaction. Maximum daily deposit limits vary by membership tier and can be adjusted through your account settings. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for local banks and e-wallets, subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. All withdrawals must be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Accounts that show no login activity for 90 consecutive days will be classified as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of MYR 10 will be charged after that period. Accounts with a zero balance will be automatically closed after 180 days of inactivity.
All bonuses and promotions offered by sengtoto are subject to specific terms stated in each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:
Wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk (e.g. betting on both sides simultaneously) are prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
All games available on the sengtoto platform use software Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and free from any external influence or manipulation.
In the event of a technical failure during an active game session — such as an internet connection disruption, system maintenance, or server failure — sengtoto will endeavour to restore the game session to its last verified state. If restoration is not possible, the affected wagers will be refunded to the member's account within 24 hours.
Game results recorded by the sengtoto server are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the support team within 48 hours of the incident.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sengtoto platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:
